For years, I was the voice behind the biggest beauty brands, crafting messages that promised transformation through products alone. The industry taught me that beauty was something you applied, achieved, or chased.
Then life shook me. A personal tragedy triggered an inflammatory response in my body—one that no doctor could diagnose. I was exhausted, inflamed, overweight, unable to sleep, and staring at a face I no longer recognized.
Desperate for answers, I turned inward. I studied genomics, holistic wellness, and energy healing. I discovered that my body, my skin, and my well-being were deeply personal—written in my DNA, influenced by my emotions, and shaped by my environment.
